10TH RALLY EDITION: OCTOBER 8 – 18, 2025

#126

Go Go Dino

Growing up in the small village of Kent City, Michigan (population 1,000), Lola was two foot driving down the dirt roads, over snow banks and thru the farm fields without realizing where these skills would someday take her. After putting herself thru college by hard hard work and determination, she graduated with her BFA in Interior Design, which included a year of an overseas work/study program in Otsu, Japan. Then the move out west to Arizona for warmth and sunshine quickly followed. Upon searching for a women’s based offroad driving event, she found the Rebelle. Having no driving competition experience, no background education in map & compass navigation, no outside registration funding and no vehicle (she went 12 years without owning a truck) and no teammate…she immediately signed up and said “I MUST do this. I can work hard. I can learn new skills.”

Lola wants to be a better version of herself and in turn be a better teammate. It is very important to her to finish and most certainly have fun. All the fun possible! She has gained knowledge from her past mistakes, increased her seat time and drawn from the numerous educational settings and many classes that she has chosen to place herself in while learning from the best instructors and peers at any opportunity.

Briana “Bri” was born and raised along the coast of Texas where she spent most weekends camping and fishing at the beach with her family and friends. After making her way to Southern California for college and pursued her degree in geology where she continued to foster her love of the outdoors and off-roading adventures. It was there that she met her Jeep loving husband who took her on the world-famous Rubicon Trail as her first rock crawling adventure. They now live in Reno, Nevada and spend as much time as possible exploring the outdoors in their 2 Jeeps!

Bri and Lola officially met during the 2021 Rebelle Rally but did not realize that they were both in the same Ridgecrest Rebelle U course a month before. These two were not planning to compete in 2022, but as with everything in life, you get thrown a curve ball of inspiration and you find yourself changing course! By the time June came upon them, they both realized that they couldn’t let the 2022 Rebelle Rally pass them by without attempting to find partners and compete again. Lo and behold, these two found one another again on the Rebelle Unofficial Prepping Group and within 2 weeks, Lola flew out to meet with Bri. After meeting in person again they realized that they could excel as a team and decided to compete together this year!

Although I love to talk and philosophize about the world with others, I’m a quiet, shy person until I get to know you really well. I love a challenge and often find myself making plans that push me to my limits.

Challenge yourself; it’s the only path which leads to growth. – Morgan Freeman

Fun Fact:

I love to bake and do not get to do it often enough, but every December I spend several nights in a row baking late into the night... Last December I made 10 different types of cookies and even started experimenting with baking vegan/gluten free cookies for my friends.

Why the Rebelle? Why now?

I signed up for the 2021 Rebelle so that I could have the experience of a lifetime and to prove to myself that I could do anything that I set my mind to. I was planning to wait a year to compete again, but the pull was too strong when I found out that the Rally was starting in Incline Village this year. It didn’t take long before I found myself searching for a partner and signing up for the 2022 Rebelle Rally.

Who, or what, inspires you most?

Why the Rebelle? Why now?

Because four years ago "I didn't know how" to do literally any of the skills needed to compete in the Rebelle. Challenge yourself to learn completely new things, things that scare you and seek what excites you. Now I’m competing to continue to build a better me.
