July 2022, Adriana and Jolene met in Austin Texas at a mutual friend’s bachelorette party (Thank you Korey!). Jolene was immediately drawn to Adri by her hilarious introduction to the group of gals. (ask us later lol). They learned that they worked in the same building in Ventura CA, lived in the same city and both Capricorns with similar interests. What sparked Jolene’s interest was when Adriana explained that for work, her employer would give her a set of keys and a list of coordinates for the day to go out in the field. When the time came for Jolene to find a new teammate after her first needed to “Pivot” in a new direction, she immediately thought of Adri and the rest was history. After working through a few really tough experiences together while training, they confirmed that they would work really well together as teammates. It’s easy to stand by your teammate when things are going well, but the moment things go south is when you really learn who you are – and we are proud to say that it was those moments that brought us even closer.

When I first heard of the Rebelle Rally via YouTube a few years back, it sounded terrifying and completely accelerating. I knew I would never feel ready and that I wanted to plunge right in. The past few years I spent devoted to launching and growing my employee benefit consulting business. It was time to Pivot and Persist through something new to challenge myself :) I crave the feeling of being completely exhausted, leaving everything I have on "the course" and entirely fulfilled with experiences. LET'S FREAKIN' GO!!!
WHAT INSPIRES ME: My jr year in high school I followed my gut and intuition by not joining my closest pals one day on an outing and because of it, I get to live my life and their lives ended tragically in a car accident. This one event changed the course of my life forever and continuously inspires me to move forward with purpose - no matter what. It lit a fire in me that nothing can put out.
The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle is my all-time fave book. Other than that my taste in books, shows and all else changes with the wind.

I'm an Environmental Scientist and have spent my whole career in the water industry. First as a Water Conservation Specialist, then as a Water Quality Consultant, and now as an Environmental Consultant for a local Water District.
I'm deeply passionate about female empowerment and inclusion, especially in male dominated industries such as off-roading. The stars really aligned when I met my partner Jo and I decided to take the leap and "just send it" this year in every area of my life!
My son Gunner is my biggest inspiration. My love of the outdoors really began with him, and as a parent I am always looking for ways to give my child as much perspective and resiliency as possible.
